Senior Pastor Curtis Clark
Curtis Clark joined Thomasville Road Baptist as senior pastor in 2002. He has been married to his wife, Martha, for 20+ years. He has two teen-aged children, Martha Elizabeth and Ty. Curtis is passionate about his family, sports, and politics. His greatest love is seeing people transformed by Christ and making an impact in their community.
Jerry Thornton
Executive Pastor of Administration
Jerry has been married to his wife, Kristy, for over 25 years and has two children who are currently in college. Jerry has been in ministry full-time since 2000. Before then, he had a career in real-estate and insurance. Jerry is originally from Texas but now considers himself a Floridian. In his spare time, Jerry enjoys home improvement projects and watching movies. He loves eating Mexican food and at Chick-Fil-A.
Steve Vaughan
Executive Pastor of Adult Education and Missions
Steve Vaughan has served at Thomasville Road Baptist Church for 11 years. He started as Associate Pastor to Youth, then Associate Pastor to Missions and Singles and then Associate Pastor of Ministry and Missions, before his current position.
Steve loves the people, both staff and members of TRBC. "I not only love them because they are all in God’s family, but I truly like these people, and like being around them."
Jason Pamblanco
Executive Pastor of Worship
Jason Pamblanco joined Thomasville Road Baptist as worship pastor in 2011. His wife Christina and he are anticipating the arrival of their first child, Judah Benjamin, in early 2012. Christina and Jason have been married since February of 2004. Jason loves enjoying a nice dinner with his wife, playing music, and winning at racquetball. Jason’s lifelong ministry objective is to uplift the name of Jesus Christ through the ministry of music and a lifestyle of daily praise and worship. His favorite verses are Hebrews 12:1-2 & Psalm 13:6.
Barrett Lampp
Associate Pastor of Pastoral Care and Assimilation
Pastor Barrett began service with TRBC in January of 1998 and serves as Associate Pastor for Assimilation and Pastoral Care.
He is married to the love of his life, Connie.
He firmly believes TRBC is where the Lord has placed each of us, and states, "I love those relationships as we serve HIM together!"
Dayle Isted
Associate Pastor of Children
Dayle has been on our staff since 2005. She has been married to Steve for 30+ wonderful years. She has two grown children, David and Alan, one grandson, Cooper, and two beautiful daughter in-laws. When not working with children, Dayle enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and driving her Mustang. Even though she is a 'Noles fan, her heart belongs to her Alma Mater, the University of Georgia. "GO DAWGS"!
Marty Sloan
Associate Pastor of College and Young Singles
Marty Sloan has served as the Director of College Ministries at TRBC since September, 2007. Before coming to Thomasville Road, Marty was Director of Student Ministries in another local church. The Sloans enjoy the family atmosphere, the loving body, and the incredible sense of the Holy Spirit moving throughout TRBC. Marty has recently been put in charge of young singles and the website. He is also an avid FSU fan Go Noles!!
Matt Curry
Associate Pastor of Youth Ministries
Matt joined the TRBC staff in November of 2011. He is married to Tracy. Matt and Tracy have two beautiful children, Raydon and Chloe. Matt played college baseball and has enjoyed coaching high school baseball over the years, and has a great love for the game. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys watching baseball, college football, and anything pertaining to The Florida State Seminoles!
Ryan Nichols
Associate Pastor of Middles School Ministry
Ryan married his lovely wife, Kasey, on May 22, 2010, and attended youth camp with TRBC two weeks later. Since then, he has enjoyed serving TRBC as the Director of Middle School Ministries. His prayer is that each middle school student who comes through our doors will discover who God is and the plan He has for their lives. In his spare time, he loves reading and playing video games.
Dr. Shelley Todd
Director of Counseling
Shelley joined the staff of TRBC in 1994. She believes TRBC is a great church and it became an instant home for her. After spending 10 years in
JR Hite
JR and his wife, Jain, met at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in August, 1969. After many years in Pastoral ministry, JR was Chaplain for 18 years in the Counseling Department of Focus on the Family. In May, 2010, he felt led to retire there so he and Jain could return to the South, specifically, Tallahassee, Jain’s hometown. They were quickly drawn to the fellowship of Thomasville Road after their move because of the Biblical teaching and genuine family atmosphere. JR began serving as Pastoral Counselor for our Church family and others in September, 2010. Though missing their grown children and grandchildren in Colorado, JR and Jain enjoy time together biking and the beauty of the Florida beaches
