Here are the trips that our church has planned for the next of the year!

These trips do not include scheduled youth trips, please see the youth page for more information on their trips.

Tuscaloosa, Alabama - Samaritan's Purse (Re-Construction Trip)

 July 2-7 (5 Adult Males)

We are partnering with Samaritan's Purse to help re-build homes effected by the tornadoes that have ravaged the Tuscaloosa area.  They have requested 6 men only.  Bill Brueckheimer will be leading this trip.  Housing and meals are provided by Samaritan's Purse and TRBC will cover transportation costs.  You will be need to be able to sleep with the other men on cots or air mattresses.  Please contact Steve Vaughan as soon as possible if you are interested. 

    
Ponce, Puerto Rico (Construction Trip)

July 20th - 28th (Adults only)

We will be partnering with a local church there to help repair homes of neighboring families who could not otherwise afford these repairs.  As we make these repairs we will have opportunities to share about Christ and the church to these communities.  We have housing for 16 people (6 spots already taken for translators)

Cost: $275 -$350 (will be determined after May planning trip)

Deposit of $100 by June 16th  

Senegal, Africa (Engagement/Evangelism mission trip)

Partnering with the International Mission Board to engage and be the first Christian witness to the Jola-Karon people in the Cassamance Region of Senegal.  Essentially TRBC will become the missionary personnel for that people group. 

Upcoming trip dates: October 25-November 2 (Full), November 11-19 (Need one male or one female), February (TBA) and March 9-16.  We are planning on multiple trips a year with 4-5 person teams.  If interested contact Steve Vaughan and he will give you trip dates as they are scheduled.

Cost: $1000 -$1250 includes airfare

We have had two trips cancelled this year

Our missionary family in Costa Rica are moving back to the states due to sevral family and ministry concerns and have cancelled all scheduled trips.  Builders for Christ has had trouble this year finding a church to help build that had funding and permitting in place and because of that does not have a trip we can participate in.  We are looking for another US construction trip to participate in this year and will let you know as soon as we have details.
