Welcome Team Ministries
It is important at TRBC for us to be as welcoming and authentically friendly as possible. There are multiple ministries listed below which help us do this. Probably our greatest need in ministry is to fill our campus with loving and welcoming servants each Sunday.
Parking Ministry Team
Our first touch/impression on most guests is in our parking lots.
We have a team of attendants/greeters who direct traffic, give parking directions, and welcome people to our campus each Sunday morning and during special events. This team works on a rotating basis throughout the year.
Shuttle Ministry Team
This ministry transports guests and members via our shuttle cart from parking areas to our worship center.
Greeters
As you drive onto TRBC’s campus, get out of your car and approach any one of our buildings, it is our hope and intention that one or more of our greeters will come out to meet you and help direct you to our Welcome Desk or wherever you may be going.
Lend an Arm Ministry
Many of the people who visit or attend TRBC are mobility -challenged. The Lend an Arm ministry assists the mobility challenged from their vehicles to wherever they may be going on campus that day.
Welcome Desk
The Welcome Desk is often the first place our guests go once they enter the Worship Center. Here they can ask questions, get directions to places on campus, be advised as to which Sunday School class they may want to attend, and much more. The Welcome Desk is staffed by eager and helpful servants Sunday morning and at other times during special events.
Ushers
This ministry assists worshippers each Sunday morning by passing out worship folders, helping people find seating in our Worship Center and helping to collect the offering.
GO
The final step in welcoming a guest at TRBC is for us to send a GO team to visit them. We visit to thank them for visiting us, to get to know them better, to answer any questions they may have and to pray for them. During this time, we often have the opportunity to share Jesus with them as well.
