After 26 years of pastoral and counseling ministry, I became acquainted with Dr. James Dobson. This God-ordained encounter led to me becoming Chaplain in the Counseling Department at Focus on the Family. During the 18 years I was there, I gleaned much from the wisdom of Dr. Dobson as well as the professional Christian counselors I worked with.
Ongoing education with other well-known professional counselors enriched my capacity to care for people in pain. Issues like infidelity, the ripple effects of addictions, relational conflicts and brokenness, parenting challenges, marital strife, employment problems, fears, grief, emotional challenges – all can be RESOLVED .
Training under John Regier, founder of Caring for the Heart Ministries, has enabled me to more quickly discern root causes of the pain people have lived with for years. Using John’s brief intensive model, I see people coming to freedom through Christ in a matter of days compared to months and years of counseling that many pursued before.
MY PURPOSE is to help people resolve issues of the past that hinder them from experiencing the life Jesus Christ came to give to all who surrender their life to Him as Lord. This is more difficult for some, but possible. RESOLUTION of past issues and RESOLVE to Trust, Surrender and Receive Identity with Christ’s Divine Intention for life brings people to FREEDOM.
