A Woman’s Heart: God’s Dwelling Place

by Beth Moore

Updated and contains all new video footage and stunning new graphics. Discover the parallels of the Tabernacle’s building and your life as a chosen vessel of God. Taped in Beth Moore’s home church in Houston, this updated edition of A Woman’s Heart reflects not only the original study, but all that God has done in Beth’s life in the past decade. This study, taken primarily from the Book of Exodus, will take you on a fascinating journey into why God would choose to live in a wilderness tabernacle made by human hands. You will learn more about His will for your life, His provision for you, and your fellowship with Him.

Study Guide fee is $15 - Child care is $25 per family by pre-registration.

Call the church office (386-4288) to register.

Walking by Faith: Lessons Learned in the Dark

by Jennifer Rothschild

By examining the practical differences between walking by sight and walking by faith, Rothschild offers valuable spiritual lessons on taking risks, giving God control, trusting in His will, persevering through hardship, and being guided by the Truth. She lost her eyesight as a teen, but gained something much more valuable … spiritual insight. With wit and wisdom, the author relates some of the challenges in her life. She speaks not as one who has overcome great hurdles, but as one who—like all of us—faces them every day.

Study Guide fee is $11. Child care provided free and TeamKid available for children ages K-5th.

Call the church office (386-4288) to register.

Next Offered in SUMMER 2010

Do you ever have this feeling?

• Sometimes I need support

• Sometimes I wish I could ask someone who is experienced

• Sometimes I need to know how to teach my children

• Sometimes I don’t know how to love my husband

• Sometimes I wish I could connect with other women my age

If you said "yes" to any of these, this mentoring program is for you. Apples of Gold is a six-week program designed to nurture and encourage women based on Titus 2:3-5:

"Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. Then they can train the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God."

The cost is $20 including course book and notebook. We meet one night a week in a home setting from 7:00 to 8:30 pm for dessert and coffee and wonderful study sessions. Dinner recipes will also be given each week. Join us for a generational blending where spiritually mature women love, teach and serve younger women.
