Our goal in the Sold Out Youth Ministry of Thomasville Road Baptist Church is to prepare and equip youth for ministry in their schools, work place, and homes; preparing them for ministry in their current situation as a teenager, and also in their future environment as adults. Our aim is to lead them through three major steps in their Christian lives; salvation, relationship, and ministry.

The first step is to lead students to Christ and help them understand their salvation. The second step is to disciple the students so that they develop an intimate relationship with God and with other believers. After salvation is secured and a relationship with God is established, the final step is to help them find the ministry in which God has called them and encourage them through their ministry.

It is extremely important for youth to have Godly adults involved in their lives. Sunday School teachers, youth workers, pastors, and most of all, parents are essential in guiding the teenagers to righteousness. Our youth ministry focuses not only on the teenagers but on their entire sphere of influence in hopes of building a healthy body of believers.

Monthly Events

Fuse is a "special event" where youth are encouraged to invite their non-churched friends for a time of fellowship.

Students have weekly and monthly opportunities to serve. Some include feeding the homeless and ministering to youth at a detention center.

Annual Events

Camp

We take a week each summer and travel out of state to youth camp. This is where our students have a chance to get away from the day to day and focus completely on God!

Disciple Now Weekend

Students spend the weekend in the home of members while meeting in small groups with their college leaders and they attend worship rallies together.

Summer Sold Out

An extension of our normal Sold Out service, students are divided into groups by grade and compete against each other in a summer long marathon!

Mission Trips

High School and Middle School students participate in a mission trip each year where they get the chance to serve and love others.
