We have an active group of senior adults involved in the total ministry and support of Thomasville Road Baptist Church. All persons 50 years and up are invited to be a part of S.A.M.S. There are numerous class options for senior adults, including several men's, women's and co-ed classes. Food, fellowship and entertainment are a part of the monthly luncheon meeting on the fourth Tuesday of every month at 11:45 a.m. Reservations can be made in Sunday School or by calling the church office by the prior Monday. The Young at Heart choir rehearses every Tuesday at 10 a.m. In addition to singing regularly in our worship services, this choir frequently shares their music with nursing homes, assisted living and other senior housing facilities. Senior adult members can be found serving in every aspect of ministry at TRBC. We like to travel throughout the year, including day, overnight, and occasional week-long trips.
