Thomasville Road Baptist Church has a vibrant women’s ministry to serve members and visitors alike. We offer many programs to enrich your relationship with God, your family, and community.“When she speaks, her words are wise, and she gives instructions with kindness.” -Proverbs 31:26 NLT
Come enjoy this 6 week mentoring program, hosted in various church members homes. You will come alongside our mentors, enjoy dinner, fellowship, and a weekly Bible study lesson. This program is based on the principles taught in Titus 2:3-5, and teaches six ways to enhance your spiritual and personal life, and the lives of your family. Weekly lessons are on kindness, loving your husband and children, submission, purity, and hospitality.

Mom’s Morning Out is a community co-op program designed to give moms a morning a week without kiddos. The children participate in an age appropriate Bible story, outside play, relevant craft time and snack. (Please send a snack that your child can eat by themselves and we will sit them down to eat.) Each participating mother is put into the rotation and is a caregiver once a month. The more moms who participate the less you have to work and the more time you have off! Mom’s Morning Out is coordinated with RefresHer Bible Studies at TRBC so mothers can participate in their weeks off if they'd like. We also staff paid child care helpers to ensure the safety and well being of the children, & all caregivers (whether paid workers or rotating mothers) are submitted to a criminal background check. This program is open to the community, not just church members, and we would love to have you and your children!

MORE than MOMS is a place where mothers of preschoolers can come together for mental refreshment, support from other moms, grow in the knowledge of motherhood through speakers and mentors, express their creativity through creative projects, take a much needed break from the demands of motherhood, and most of all, honor the name of Jesus in the things we say and do regarding how we raise our families and how we support one another as moms.
We know how crazy summer time can be, so we take a break during the summer and will resume in September. In the meantime, contact More than Moms Director Kendra Balassone HERE for any questions you may have.
