The Story of Jonah: Salty Prophet or Sovereign God?

The story of Jonah teaches us as much, or more, about God than it does about a disobedient prophet. God's sovereignty is on full display, prompting us to respond with worship, thankfulness, evangelism, and compassion. Jesus also gets the spotlight, illustrating what a faithful prophet looks like (the opposite of Jonah). Pastor Jason helps us look past the obvious parts of Jonah's story to understand more of who God is in this week's sermon.
