Get to know Janet Lehman

As Children’s Ministry Director, Janet has a passion for children to know and grow in the love of Jesus Christ. Her desire is to give children a place to belong here at TRBC where they can develop the tools needed for a lifelong relationship with Jesus. A native of Old Town, Florida, Janet has called Tallahassee home since college. She graduated in 1992 from Florida State University with a bachelor's degree in English Education and married her husband, Stacy, the following year. They are blessed to be the parents of Elizabeth, Catherine and Julia. Working at every level of education from preschool to twelfth grade, Janet has enjoyed teaching in public, private, and home education, with the homeschooling of her own daughters being her favorite. Working in children’s ministry is an exciting opportunity to know and encourage both children and their families as they seek the Lord.
