Baptism

Three men stand waist-deep in a baptismal pool. They wear matching black t-shirts that read 'MADE NEW' as the man in the center leads them in prayer.

Take Your Next Step of Faith

We believe the Bible teaches in believer’s baptism by immersion upon their profession of faith in the Lord, Jesus Christ, as instituted by Jesus (Matthew 28:19-20). We believe baptism is not salvation, but rather an act of obedience in their public profession of faith God (1 Peter 3:20-22) as the believer identifies with Jesus’ life, death, burial, and resurrection.

We believe that infants of believing parents may be dedicated to the Lord, but should not be baptized until they have personally articulated their faith in Jesus. If you have trusted in Jesus as your Lord and Savior and surrendered your life to following Him in obedience and have a desire to follow Him in Believer’s Baptism by immersion, please click here or scroll to the bottom of the page to fill out the baptism form.
